Academy and Institute Registration

All registration will be conducted in the Maple Avenue Middle School main lobby. Academy and Institute registration begins Tuesday morning at 7:00 am.

If you arrive on Wednesday for the Institute, we can register you between 1:00 and 4:00 on Wednesday and again at 7:00 Thursday morning.

To avoid long lines, please register as early as possible.

Late registration will be available after 8:30 Thursday morning, and a member of our staff will be stationed in the main lobby throughout most of the Institute.

Keynote and Breakout Locations

All general sessions are in the auditorium.

Breakout sessions and vendor demos will be conducted in rooms throughout the school.

Restrooms are located throughout the building.

Lunch will be served in the main gym "sidewalk cafe." Tables are located there, in both cafeterias, and outside. Participants may also enjoy their lunch in any breakout rooms.

In addition, our major sponsoring vendors will be conducting software demonstrations, coaching sessions, and software-specific workshops in their own rooms throughout the Institute.

If you wish to participate in product-specific demonstrations and workshops, please schedule with individual vendors at their tables in the Sidewalk Cafe.
